Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that dining and conference setups are prepared correctly, food and beverage products are served to a high standard, and customer satisfaction is achieved consistently.
Your cooperation with kitchen staff and adherence to safety and operational procedures will help maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships
- Commitment to the Trust's values of manaakitanga and cultural awareness
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
The successful candidate will possess a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a Kaupapa Māori organization, while ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
