The Heart of the Role

As the Senior Restaurant Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our culinary journey at Te Pā Tū. Partnering closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help shape the strategic direction of our food and beverage services. Your leadership will inspire our team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience, infused with the essence of our cultural heritage.

Your role will include mentoring staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. As a champion of our Trust values, you will foster a culture that embodies unity and empowerment, making a lasting impact on our restaurant environment.
